Summer Cocktails

June, the start of summer... The weather is getting warmer and warmer and we are all ready for vacation. What do you think about making cocktails on a warm summer day or on a cool summer afternoon? Robo found the best summer cocktails just for you. 

Rose and Strawberry Sangria

4 cups of rose wine
½ cup of sugar
1 lb of strawberries
Bunch of mints
1 lemon
3 bottles of sparkling water

Melt the sugar with a little bit of hot water. Dice the strawberries. Get a big bowl, add all the ingredients, ice, and stir. Your sangria is ready to serve! 

Watermelon Mojito

1 lemon
1.5 teaspoon of rum
8-10 mint leaves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cups of watermelon (without seeds)

Put the watermelon and crushed ice in a blender until smooth. Slice the lemon and put them in glasses. Take out a bowl and add the brown sugar and mint leaves and pestle them. Put the sugar in the glasses as well. Add the watermelon, brown sugar, rum, and tonic to the glasses. Watermelon mojito is ready to enjoy! 

Banana Boat

1 cup tequila
⅓  cup banana liqueur
⅔  cup of lemon juice
Crushed ice

Add all the ingredients in a shaker and shake till mixed. 

Frozen Lime Margarita

1 ½ cup lime or lemon juice
⅔ cup tequila
½ cup orange juice
Orange slices

Add the lime/lemon juice, tequila, ice, and orange juice in a blender until smooth. Wet the top of the glasses and press on salt. Add a slice of lime to the glass. Pour the mixture into a glass. That easy! Enjoy! 

Long Island Iced Tea

1.5 tablespoon rum
1.5 tablespoon vodka
1.5 tablespoon gin
1.4 tablespoon tequila
¼ cup of lime juice
1 Coca-cola

Add all ingredients except the coca-cola in a shaker and shake. Pour mixture into a glass, add water and coca-cola to your liking. Enjoy!
